Hi, I'm Catherine Douglas!

"Catherine was a complete pleasure to work with while selling our home, and now with purchasing our new home. She has been extremely responsive to our questions and requests, professionally patient as she walks us through the process, and totally competent with her knowledge of the area and the homes that best fit our needs. Catherine made our experience a pure joy! We recommend Catherine to anyone looking to purchase a home!!"

"I used Catherine to sell and purchase a house this last year and I'm so glad I did! She was very responsive to my million questions and encouraged me through the whole process! She sold my home for over asking price and found me the perfect forever home! She's super fun, friendly and always smiling or laughing I wouldn't use anyone else!"

"Catherine took the time to get to know me and my husband and stayed patient and attentive throughout the entire process of buying our first home. She showed us a half a dozen homes at least before we found the right fit, and never once rushed us. She helped us better understand what we were really looking for, and I'm glad she was there for the biggest purchase of our lives. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Catherine to anyone considering buying or selling a home."

"Catherine worked with me for 2 years, listening to all of my "wants" and "ridiculously high standards". We eventually found a perfect house that had everything that I was looking for (Golf course lot with modern updates). I would definitely recommend Catherine to anyone. She has a ton of patience, walking through several homes knowing that it wouldn't be the right fit. Thanks Catherine!!"

"Catherine’s insight, professionalism and guidance makes the process of selling and buying painless. She is honest, direct, thorough and very responsive in all communication. She and Anastasia are serious about the work but are so fun and laugh easily. They make a great team."

"Catherine was an excellent realtor. She listened and went above and beyond to find me the house I have wanted. She is honest, caring and upfront and I would recommend her to anyone. She helped me understand the process as this was my first time buying a home and answered all my questions."

"If you are buying a home in the Tri-Cities area(or any area for that matter), I would highly recommend Catherine Douglas. She is very knowledgable, professional and hard working. Catherine’s upbeat personality and enthusiasm makes her stand out from all the rest and makes the home buying experience very enjoyable."

"What an amazing team in Catherine and Annastasia! They made the process of selling my home super easy, and because I was already moved out of state, worry-free. Catherine is realistic, highly professional and well-versed. They did it all, from helping me to work through offers to letting in the plumber. This is what you hope for in a realtor and team."
