Catherine Douglas

I'm Catherine Douglas with Coldwell Banker Realty. I have a passion for helping clients navigate the ever-evolving housing market, and my mission is simple: to deliver next level service, results, and experience.

I have been in real estate for over 10 years. Being a lover of all things on the water and outdoors, Orange County has been a perfect fit for me. I started right away in new construction of commercial buildings, working with businesses and investors, and I've since fallen in love with the purchase and lease of commercial real estate.

I don't just sell homes. I build relationships, provide expert guidance, and advocate fiercely for my clients. Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing, I'm committed to delivering excellence at every stage of the transaction.

When I'm not working you can find me on the beach surfing, walking my dog, or finding some fun community activities. Whether you are looking to sell your property, lease a space or somewhere in between, I am dedicated to making sure the transition is as seamless as possible.

Catherine was a complete pleasure to work with while selling our home, and now with purchasing our new home. She has been extremely responsive to our questions and requests, professionally patient as she walks us through the process, and totally competent with her knowledge of the area and the homes that best fit our needs. Catherine made our experience a pure joy! We recommend Catherine to anyone looking to purchase a home!!

Catherine took the time to get to know me and my husband and stayed patient and attentive throughout the entire process of buying our first home. She showed us a half a dozen homes at least before we found the right fit, and never once rushed us. She helped us better understand what we were really looking for, and I'm glad she was there for the biggest purchase of our lives. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Catherine to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

Catherine worked with me for 2 years, listening to all of my "wants" and "ridiculously high standards". We eventually found a perfect house that had everything that I was looking for (Golf course lot with modern updates). I would definitely recommend Catherine to anyone. She has a ton of patience, walking through several homes knowing that it wouldn't be the right fit. Thanks Catherine!!
